Cancellation Policy
DAY CHARTERS - After booking a charter, Mr. Badger & Co. permits 24 hours to change the reservation date or cancel without penalty. Any cancellations past the 24 hour period will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. For single day charters there is a 72 hour cancellation policy. Cancelling within 72 hours of your reservation time forfeits any refund. Charters booked within 24 hours of the commencement time are ineligible for refund.
MULTI-DAY CHARTERS - After booking a charter, Mr. Badger & Co. permits 24 hours to change the reservation date or cancel without penalty. For multi-day charter packages Mr. Badger has a 30 day cancellation policy. A refund of 50% will be granted if cancelling 30 days or more prior to your charter. Cancellations within 30 days of the charter date will be charged in full.
*Mr. Badger & Co. reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or terminate a charter at any time due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. If we are forced to cancel a reservation a full refund will be issued. In case of termination, Mr. Badger & Co. reserves the right to determine an appropriate refund.
